Skewer apples with wooden sticks and place on sprayed baking sheet. Combine sugar, corn syrup, candies, and water in a saucepan Stir over low heat until dissolved. Add cinnamon, vanilla and 3/4 tsp red food coloring. Bring to a boil without stirring. When at 300° F. using a candy thermometer, remove from heat and dip each apple into mixture until coated.
