Topping: ¼ cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon melted butter | Dough: 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons sugar ¼ teaspoon salt ⅔ cups skim milk ¼ cup vegetable oil 10 drops anise extract 1 egg | - Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a large cookie sheet.
- Mix the dough ingrediants in a large bowl until smooth. Mold the dough into a large round shape.
- Sprinkle with topping and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with milk.
