(pron. GLEN-is, GLIN-is) Triple Goddess of springs at Glanum in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, France. Siluris Glanis is a catfish. Her limestone mountains are the Luberon, 12 miles south of Avignon-Avinhon rising out of the Rhône-Ròse: Red Alder Valley plain, running east-west between the Rhône-Ròse: Red Alder and Durance-Durença rivers. The mountains have olive, almond, kermes [red-dye] oak: and pine trees. They were painted by Vincent van Gogh and were the seat of the French Resistance. Glanum was not excavated until 1921.
